Are you experiencing paranormal phenomena in your home or business?

The first step is to interview the client with basic questions to get an understanding of what is happening in their home or business. We will also determine the clients goals at this time. 

Our research team will do extensive research into the history of the location which includes deed tracing, genealogy, and newspaper archives. They will also gather geological information.

During our walk through the Case Manager will assess any safety hazards and evaluate the areas for equipment set up. This is also an opportunity for taking pictures for posterity.

The Case Manager will be behind the scenes creating a detailed plan for the investigation to minimize potential problems and maximize our results for a clear case resolution.

The team will complete a full investigation with equipment, sessions, data collection, debunking, and detailed documentation in order to generate a conclusion and resolution for the client.

All data will be reviewed and cross referenced to determine any anomalies and communication results. A formal investigation report will be completed as well as a historical research outline.

At this point the team will determine if additional investigations need to be completed in order to clarify information, gather additional data, or to finalize the conclusion. 

Once all investigations are finalized a Case Report will be completed. Note: Certain locations may need long term investigations to form solid conclusions and resolutions.

The Case Manager will sit down with the client to review the investigation(s), research, and conclusions. Any recommendations for outside consultation referrals will also be discussed.
