membership application

ALL APPLICANTS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Must be within commuting distance to Hagerstown, Maryland.
• Must be willing to travel to locations and events.
• Must be available the 1st and 3rd Saturday each month.
• Must be reliable, motivated, and willing to learn.
• Must have access to a laptop or computer for data review and administrative tasks.
• Must be willing to purchase a digital voice recorder, flashlight, and flash drive.
